Hey there! I'm Kristy, the founder of Empowerment Pathways, LLC. I am a proud wife, mom, and fur-mom! My children are all grown up, so I'm currently living in Texas with my husband, Shane, and our fur-babies!
As a licensed social worker in both Ohio and Texas, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) at The University of Akron before transferring to Case Western Reserve University to complete my Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA).
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of offering coaching services to individuals from various walks of life. I've helped families navigate through trauma, supported survivors of domestic violence in overcoming their challenges, aided in addiction recovery, and so much more.
This is not just my job; it is my passion and my purpose. I am deeply committed to helping others on their journey to empowerment, assisting them in overcoming life's obstacles and discovering their inner strength. Together, we will create a safe space where you will feel empowered to embrace your inner calling. We will navigate through phases of healing and growth and develop a plan that enables you to move forward with clarity and purpose.

From Survival to Strength - Workshop
Join us for a women’s empowerment workshop designed to help women move from survival mode into healing, confidence, and purposeful growth.
The workshop will be held virtually, and will consist of four, one hour weekly sessions, beginning Sunday, March 2, 2026 at 7PM CST.
Cost is $20 per session and can be paid up front or before each session.
